Synopsis
Radio drama written by Peter Straughan about a group of boy players competing for the female roles in Shakespeare’s company. Acting the parts of Shakespeare’s heroines, they are briefly lifted above their daily experiences of physical and sexual abuse. Music by Neil Blenkinsop and Dave Scott. Directed by Melanie Harris.
