Reviews
Review by Michael Billington reprinted in Billington, Michael. One Nights Stands (London: Nick Hern Books, 1993) pp. 278-80. Billington writes ‘It is not only the most intelligently spoken Shakespeare I have heard in years but is also contains two performances from Judi Dench and Anthony Hopkins that, in their comprehensive humanity, rank with Ashcroft and Redgrave many moons ago’.
