Stills
Watermeier (op cit) writes `...costumes suggested parallels between the Trojan War and current East-West conflicts and the older imperialistic adventures that inspired them’
Reviews
Watermeier, Daniel J. Shakespeare Quarterly 39 (1988): 226-32 (in review article). Watermeier writes ‘This was a complicated production thick with visual references to popular and high culture, to historical patterns and events, to present day realpolitik and sexual relationships, and to our own self-destructive penchant for violence and power’.
