Critical Mess
- Synopsis
- An American syndicated television series based on Francine Pascal’s book series of the same name revolving around the lives of Elizabeth and Jessica Wakefield , beautiful blonde twins (played by real-life twins Cynthia and Brittany Daniel) who live in fictitious Sweet Valley, California, and their friends. Elizabeth is warm and and friendly while her sister is conceited and devious. In this episode Jessica wants to ensure that her role as Lady Macbeth in the school production secures her a part in a Hollywood movie being filmed in town. Her sister however writes a bad review for the school newspaper. On stage Macbeth cuts himself with the dagger and Jessica, as Lady Macbeth, appears in every scene, overacts, and flirts with the audience.
