Radio version of Shakespeare’s comedy adapted by Lance Sieveking and produced by Val Gielgud. With Ralph Richardson as Bottom. Mendelssohn’s music is played by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra with a section of Ipswich Co-operative Girls’ Choir. John Hollingsworth conducts.
