Synopsis
The third and final programme on Othello presented by Dr Frank C. Baxter. Baxter analyses the fourth and fifth acts of the play discussing humour, poetry and the use of song; he also considers the burden of ‘honour’ which led Othello to act as he did.

History
The series was broadcast on CBS station KNZT, Los Angeles as part of a USC course. In 1956, all three seasons (47 programmes) were picked up for national distribution by the Educational Television and Radio Center, later NET.
