Previewed Crime, The
- Synopsis
- Radio crime drama series featuring the character Simon Templar created by Leslie Charteris. In this episode there is a Hamlet riff when Templar’s friend Desmond says that the last murder of interest to him "was that Elsinore thing". He briefly describes the killing of old Hamlet and the guilt of Claudius and Gertrude, then mentions Hamlet and Ophelia. Templar says that Desmond should have played Hamlet, which he appreciates. The exchange is not related to the plot, except that poison is a red herring.[With acknowledgement to Michael P. Jensen for providing the synopsis].
