- Synopsis
- Feature film which considers what might have happened had Romeo and Juliet made it to Mantua safely: Romeo would need a job and a pregnant Juliet would hate finding out that Romeo wasn’t so romantic after all. When the struggling young actor, Ethan Just, lands the role of Romeo in a prestigious theatre company, his young wife sees him rehearsing a love scene with Juliet. He’s soon caught up in a web of financial distress, the mental anguish of caring for a newborn child, and calming an insanely jealous wife on the brink of a breakdown. Ethan’s torn between his love for his wife and his new found success in the theatre. Pressured by the exhausting reality of their deteriorating home life, it’s sure to end in tragedy.
