Synopsis
As part of the of this episode of the midday radio art programme, presenter Andrew Anderson interviews Dr Jack Heller from Huntington University about SHAKESPEARE BEHIND BARS, a programme that helps prisoners find redemption through drama.
Heller talks about how became involved with the project, the seminars he conducts with prisoners, his work on the current production of Romeo and Juliet at the Luther Luckett Correctional Complex in Kentucky, and the story of the skinhead actor playing Juliet.
