- Roderick Dunks conducts the BBC Concert Orchestra in a concert celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Royal Shakespeare Company, featuring music written for films, ballets, operas and stage productions. The concert includes soliloquies performed by RSC actors and music by Mendelssohn, Verdi, Walton and Prokofiev. Includes a 15 min. Interval feature on the Royal Shakespeare Company, with John Woolf (head of music), Jacqui O’Hanlan (education director)Jonathan Slinger (actor), Cicely Berry (voice coach), Dennis Kelly (playwright) and Gregory Doran, (artistic director).
