Synopsis
Play adapted from Robert Nye’s novel. A portrait of Shakespeare seen through the eyes of his wife, Anne Hathaway. Anne gives an account of the week she first visited William in London, a tale of intimacies above a fishmonger’s shop in Bishopsgate. Two actresses play the young and older Anne Hathaway.
