- Synopsis
- Short drama by Tom Wells with specially commissioned music by Tom Coult. The first of five dramas in response to Shakespeare’s sonnets beginning with Sonnet 29. Lee arrives late to the pop-up restaurant where he works. Although his boss is waiting and is in a foul mood, Dan is also there and he makes everything right. Maxine Peake reads the sonnet - "When, in disgrace with fortune and men’s eyes".
