Much Ado About Nothing

Synopsis
This production of the Shakespeare comedy is styled after the 2006 James Bond movie ‘Casino Royale’ and set in the ‘Messina Hotel and Casino’ with the characters now appearing under a variety of ‘codenames.'

The eighteenth in a weekly live stream project by Rob Myles to present all of Shakespeare’s plays in the order in which it is thought they were originally written. Using the Zoom video conferencing platform, it brings together many actors currently unable to travel and perform due to the Coronavirus crisis.

The performance is introduced by Carlos Drocchi and Mercedes de la Torre, co-founders of Fundación Shakespeare Argentina, who discuss the themes and literary origins of the play.
