- Synopsis
- Documentary charting the development of Merry Wives, the Black-led 2021 Shakespeare in the Park adaptation of The Merry Wives of Windsor set in a community of West African immigrants in South Harlem. The show came after a year of closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It includes interviews with the show’s director Saheem Ali, set designer Beowulf Boritt, musician Farai Malianga and its adaptor, playwright Jocelyn Bioh.
