- Synopsis
- Post-apocalyptic nine-part mini series adapted from the novel by Emily St. John Mandel. It tells the story of Kirsten Raymonde and her Shakespeare troupe, the Travelling Symphony, whose motto is ‘Survival is Insufficient’. After a superflu has devastated much of the world’s population, we follow the company as it travels through Michigan performing Shakespeare. In the series we only see them perform from Hamlet and explore how their lives and the play interact with each other.
