- Synopsis
- American satirical drama series by Jesse Armstrong that alludes to many of Shakespeare’s plays and the main premise of which (a patriarch at war with his own children over their inheritance) was directly inspired by King Lear. Brian Cox stars as Logan Roy, the elderly and ailing owner of a media conglomerate that he runs with his three childre, Kendall, Roman and Siobhan, while his fourth child, Connor, has been removed from the company business.
