- Synopsis
- Comedy-drama cased on the true story of amateur historian Philippa Langley (played by Sally Hawkins) and her involvement in the unearthing of the remains of King Richard III in Leicester in 2012. She is played by Sally Hawkins while Steve Coogan, co-writer and co-producer of the film, plays her ex partner John. Harry Lloyd appears as the King on stage as seen in Shakespeare’s Richard III and in fantasy sequences.
