About the role:
We are looking for a talented individual with strong creative and editorial ability to help tell the story of Learning on Screen's work and impact to our members and the sector.
This is a hands-on role encompassing the full marketing mix to support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns. Working across both our membership services and research and academic teams, you will support the marketing of existing and new multi-channel campaigns, with membership retention and acquisition as well as staff engagement at its heart. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, driven, and energetic, with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
You will possess a range of communications and marketing experiences and understand key methodologies and techniques to deliver outstanding communications. You will have experience with or qualifications in marketing, digital marketing, and social media. With excellent negotiation and influencing skills you will engage colleagues and audiences while informing campaigns and activity. High levels of written and verbal communication with ability to write and develop short, medium, and long-term plans being a key requirement.

We provide On Demand TV and radio, academic online services, training and events, copyright advice and research development assistance as well as run the Learning on Screen Awards, the UK's only celebration of media production in learning, teaching, and research.
We offer flexibility around working arrangements to all our team including hybrid working, working from home etc, depending on your own circumstances and what best fits your approach to work.
Job Type: Part-Time (21.6 hours a week, 3-day weeks), fixed term contract.
Salary: £36,000 pro rata
