Summary
Polish and British troops advancing through towns of Piedmonte and Aquino. Many prisoners are taken and some who had been in the Pontine Marshes when they were flooded by the Germans as a defence measure are injected against a Malaria outbreak. Outbreaks of this disease rose enormously among the German troops after the flooding. In Anzio prisoners are marched through the streets before being put onto tank landing craft to be shipped out.
