- Summary
- On 3rd February historic meetings between Mr Churchill, President Roosevelt and Marshal Stalin took place in the Livadia Palace at Yalta in the Crimea. All three were accompanied by their respective Foreign Secretaries, Chiefs of Staff and other advisers. The meetings lasted for 8 days. Most important subject discussed was the military plans for the final defeat of Germany.
