- Summary
- Out of Kwangai Province thousands of Chinese refugees start the long trek to Kweichow, and, they hope, security. Stopping at the roadside for the little food they have, they have already travelled six hundred miles without reaching the journey’s end. But one bright moment is when an American Army unit adopts a little Chinese boy and name him "Little Tiger Joe".
