Summary
Bomb battered streets of Limburg, north west of Frankfurt, one of the many German towns which are now under allied control. Instructions of the Allied Military Government are read out to civilians. Into Frankfurt along an autobahn go men of the US 3rd Army, and mopping-up operations are carried out. Propaganda posters of the Volksturm call on Germans to resist to the last. General scenes of the American advance through Frankfurt, bomb damage and looting shops and railway trucks by German civilians.
