- Summary
- King, Queen and Princess Elizabeth arrive by plane at Belfast on another part of the Royal victory tour. (It was the Princess’s first journey by plane). In their two-day visit they visited Parliament, attended a garden party and aboard the yacht "Heniesta" sailed to Londonderry passing on the way home some surrendered German U-boats.
