Summary
Operation Musk-Ox, Canadian Government mission into the Arctic Circle to solve secrets of the frozen north. Expedition in training and start of exploration. It is this mission which has now become tied up with the spy plot "by a foreign power". Agents (foreign observers with expedition shown) seeking information on atomic energy and radar are suspected among the members of the expedition.
