- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: MPs at Fort Blockhouse. DESCRIPTION: Still probing the causes of the "Thetis" disaster more than 100 members of Parliament visit her sister ship at Gosport. SHOTLIST: MPs visit two submarines of the class to which the "Thetis" belonged. They leave their umbrellas outside. Then they are instructed on the use of the Davis Escape Gear and Lord Marley tries it on. They witness a demonstration given in a tank of the gear in action.
