The King and Queen, Princess Elizabeth and Princess Margaret accompanied by Lieutenant Mountbatten visit Kelso, Jedburgh and Galashields during their tour of Scotland. At Perth, The Queen receives the Freedom of Perth for the Black Watch. Participating in the ceremony is Field Marshal Viscount Wavell.
