- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Horse Drawn Cab Reappears. DESCRIPTION: With petrol rationing the horse drawn cab is brought back into service. SHOTLIST: The cabby gets the horse out and then paints the hoofs white. He also paints the wheels of the cab white and puts a white hat-band on so that the whole outfit will be easier to see in the dark. He then drives off in search of fares which he finds.
