SHOTLIST: The Lord Mayor drives to the Law Courts escorted by four army motor-cyclists. Sir William Coxen leaves the Law Courts with his predecessor, Sir Frank Bowater. At the Mansion House, which is sandbagged Mrs Chamberlain arrives followed by John and Lady Simon.
