MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Admiral Graf Spee Scuttled. DESCRIPTION: INGNOMINIOUS END OF THE POCKET BATTLESHIP, SUNK BY HITLER, RATHER THAN FACE AGAIN THE BRITISH NAVAL SQUADRON. SHOTLIST: The Battleship steams out of Montevideo with flag flying. Crowds watching on quayside. Explosions occur on the horizon. Various shots from the air and sea level of the "Graf Spee" blazing. Also shots of the tanker "Tacoma" which is reputed to have been the Spee’s supply ship.
