Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Oliver Stanley in France. DESCRIPTION: Mr Oliver Stanley visits the BEF in France. SHOTLIST: Accompanied by Lord Gort, Mr Stanley makes the usual tour of inspection. He sees mechanical navvies doing the work that once the soldiers had to do and also soldier working with picks. He then sees British anti-tank gun crews covered with white camouflage to harmonise with the surrounded snow.
