MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: London’s Defences. DESCRIPTION: In London the defences are being increased, sentries and barbed wire are everywhere. SHOTLIST: Various shots of soldiers guarding emplacements and barbed wire entanglements. At a tunnel (Blackwall shhh!) [sic] a machine gun guards the road and cars and lorries are held up including one which contains officers. Shots of barrage balloon.
