MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Empire Airmen Get Wings. DESCRIPTION: At Camp Borden, Ontario the first airmen graduate under the Empire Training Scheme. SHOTLIST: The airmen line up. They are inspected by Hon. JL Ralston accompanied by Captain Cowley. A/C Johnson presents wings to a pilot. Shot of Colonel Magee who is Raleston’s assistant as Defence Minister. Various scenes of presentation. Group Captain Cowley shakes hands with Group Captain Grandy. CU Grandy. March past with Raleston taking the salute.
