- Summary
- After a lull came a new storm. In Paris and throughout the nation, student and other left wing demonstrators again clashed with tough Riot Police. Molotov Cocktails were met with Tear-Gas grenades from the police. There were running battles in the city streets. But General de Gaulle and his Ministers banned all demonstrations until July 1st and outlawed many political movements.
