Summary
The Queen and Prince Philip ended their tour of Brazil in a blaze of fiesta’s parties - formal and informal - and with a wonderful show of hospitality by the Brazilian people. More than 2,000 colourfully dressed dancers and acrobats thrilled the Royal couple with a massive Samba display. Her Majesty and Prince Philip thanked President and Senhora Costa e Silva for the warmth of their hospitality with a reception in their honour on board "Britannia".
