Summary
Doctor Arthur Fleischmann is an artist whose modern conception of "Perspex" has earned him the honour of having one of his creations placed as a key attraction in front of the British Pavilion at Expo ‘70 in Japan. Water and multi-coloured plastic are mingled for his work - the effect is one of vibrant, living abstract beauty.
