Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Victory Mass and Parade in Montreal. DESCRIPTION: At Notre Dame Cathedral in Montreal Cardinal Villeneuve leads prayers for peace. SHOTLIST: Cardinal Villeneuve arrives at the church of Notre Dame to conduct mass which is attended by the Premier of Quebec and his wife. The cardinal preaches a victory sermon. Then there is a parade of troops, armoured units, naval and Air Force contingents. Also on the reviewing stand is the Minister for Justice, Mr Lapointe.
