- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Chain of Aerodromes. DESCRIPTION: In Canada, dog teams open the route for a new chain of aerodromes. SHOTLIST: Dog trains do the trip first and then the trail is blazed for the road which will be used to take supplies for the chain of aerodromes for the US-Alaska sky route. Tractors clear the way and from the air the road is plainly marked. Truckloads of petrol arrive and the first planes take off.
