MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Mid Atlantic Plane Station Is Tested. DESCRIPTION: SS Westfallen is tried out at Bremerhaven as fuel ship for air liners on South Atlantic hop. SHOTLIST: Long shot of ship as sea. Large crane at stern of same. Flying boat alongside. Crane hauls plane from water and onto deck. Shot of flying boat on deck with engines revving up. Close shot of pilot in cockpit of machine. Pan shot down to catapulting apparatus. Plane catapulted and flies off into distance.
