- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The King With the Fleet. DESCRIPTION: The King has just spent three days visiting the Home Fleet in Northern Waters. SHOTLIST: HM The King goes aboard "King George V" on his three day visit to the Fleet. He is greeted by Admiral Tovey, who later, is knighted. He inspects the Ships Company, and some of the Officers and men who were mentioned in the "Bismarck" action, were presented. Afterwards he goes down the line of ships inspecting each one. On his leave-taking, he is given three hearty cheers, and he orders the message "Splice the Mainbrace" to be hoisted. The King also boards an Aircraft Carrier.
