- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Western Desert News. DESCRIPTION: Our cameraman went out on patrol with troops and there was a chance of relaxation when they reach the oasis of Siwa. SHOTLIST: Shots of cruiser tanks racing across the desert. Shots of Rose Valley and Pagoda Hill - a city of ruins. Shots of the Oasis of Siwa where the troops bathe - very picturesque. Then the men have a hair cut - very funny. NB - The tanks shots have been taken out for Mr Perrin "Tank Quiz".
