Summary
Pathe synopsis: A visit to a new type of motoring school at Whitley, where extremely unorthodox methods give confidence to learner drivers. Costing more than £10,000 to build, the school is set out on private land, so that the pupil can learn to control his car without being a danger to other traffic or pedestrians.
