Summary
Pathe synopsis: When a gardening enthusiast potters about on his little plot of land, time seems to stand still for him. But at Bromley, Kent, home of Mr Rene Marchand, a Swiss watchmaker, time never stands still. And to remind him when he’s at work in his front garden, is the only private floral clock in England, and in fact the only chiming floral clock!
