Summary
Pathe synopsis: Another weapon that illustrates the hazards of crime today is the criminal detector - a truncheon-like piece of apparatus that fits into a pocket and which in an emergency can inject an indelible dye at a bandit, marking him so that it is only a matter of time before he is caught.
