- Summary
- Pathe synopsis: Rowland Emett, another artist with a genius for transforming things, turns his attention to automation in the home. In the Emett household labour saving is carried to its logical conclusion: the washing machine presents its work for inspection, in the garden the rose tree cuts the lawn, and flowers are brought indoors by mechanical means. The householder is left with nothing at all to do, which is fortunate because in any case he would be either helpless with laughter or amazement.
