- Pathe synopsis: Survival is the first law of nature and at a Royal Air Force School in the Bavarian Alps, aircrew are taught how to survive under almost arctic conditions. Equipped only with emergency rations, the men have to erect a shelter with whatever materials they can find, camp out for 3 days and 4 nights and ultimately find their way back to base - a stern test of ingenuity as well as physical fitness. [Location is Bad Kihlgrub in Bavaria.]
