- Pathe synopsis: "A family entertainment provided by an entertaining family" could well be the slogan of the circus at Chessington in Surrey where Bill Thompson is the ringmaster and trainer, his daughter June rides a dancing horse, and his son Bill Junior is one of the clowns. Behind the scenes this versatile family join other performers in practising old tricks and polishing up new ones to the very high stndard which exists in the sawdust ring.
