- Summary
- Pathe synopsis: At Houghton Regis near Luton they still hold their annual fair on the village green complete with the ever-popular fancy dress competition for the children. But the most exciting feature perhaps is a beer barrel relay race through the village streets, a race which reveals there is more to the business of rolling out the barrel than the popular song would indicate.
