- Summary
- Pathe synopsis: What may well be the world’s first unit of frogmen firemen has been formed by East Ham Fire Brigade. Specially trained in the use of underwater equipment, these men can be mobilised at a moment’s notice and are ready to deal with the kind of emergency depicted here. This reconstructed episode shows them carrying out a rescue in a London dock and gives some indication of the risks they run and the immense value of the work they do.
