- Summary
- Pathe synopsis: Girls from many countries of the world came to this London fashion show to display the colour and beauty of their native costumes. The styles are traditional but the dressses owe a great deal of their beauty to the use of a new non-tarnishing metallic yarn. The yarn consists of a fine aluminium thread bonded between two plastic threads by the use of a special adhesive. By varying the colour of the adhesive many wonderful effects can be obtained.
