- Pathe synopsis: A yearly event at the home of Mr Richard Herne - better known as Mr Pastry - is a fete in aid of a deserving charity; and few can be more deserving tht this year’s beneficiaries the spastics charities. Richard Hearne has lived at Platt’s Farm for almost as long as Mr Pastry has been delighting his many admirers, and the annual fete has become a ‘must ' for children from far and wide.
